18 Months

Samuel went for his 18 month check-up yesterday. The doctor said everything looked great. He only had to get one shot. He is still a big boy. He is in the 80th percent for height and weight. He is 28lbs and 34in tall!

Let it snow

It snowed last night! When Lucas saw it this morning he wanted to know where Frosty was. This snow will melt long before Frosty can be made!!

The Condo

We met Benjamin's family at the condo last weekend. We had a great time. Lucas and Samuel had a lot of fun with Joshua and Caleb. Here are a few attempts to get 4 boys under the age of 5 to all look at the camera at the same time.

This little nut had his 3 year check-up today. According to the doc, he is doing great. He is still a big boy. He weighs 39lbs and is 39.5in tall. He is in the 90th percentile for both height and weight. We are thankful for a healthy little man.

The boys were football players at the Fall Festival last night. I am sure the LSU fans didn't like the uniforms very much!

Great Day

We had a wonderful time at the Georgia/LSU game on Saturday. Here are some pictures from the game.

***I did cheer for Georgia (and always do when they are not playing Florida) on Saturday, but make no mistake---I will NOT be pulling for them this coming Saturday when they play Florida! We will have a divided household that day!

Happy 3rd Birthday

Three years ago today I gave birth to my first child. I had no idea how much my life would change for the better. I remember the first time I held my son. I cried like a baby. I was so happy, scared, tired, excited, thrilled, and so much more. I loved him then, but love him so much more now. He is a boys boy. He loves to wrestle, tackle, run, climb, and get into everything. I love being his mom. He really might be the most strong willed child in the whole entire world, but I would not trade him for any other child out there. Today as we drove to church I listened to my sweet three year old sing "Oh, How I Love Jesus" and with tears in my eyes I thanked God (for the millionth time) for the blessing He has given me in Lucas. My prayer today is that the Lord would grow him to be a mighty man of God and that his life would be used for the glory of God. Happy birthday, Lucas boy! I love you sooooo much.
