In the Woods

We were playing outside today and I heard Lucas say, "Look Mommy! I'm in the woods!" I looked over to see him in the big bush in our yard. He is a nut.

Here is Samuel just happy to be playing outside with the big boys! You can see Clay's back. He was trying to rescue Lucas from the woods.

The boys had fun at Aunt Julie's house yesterday. They love Aunt Julie. We love her too.

We had some friends over for dinner tonight. I had to take some pictures of our boys and their girls eating together. I joked and said that this was a double date!

Evacuation to Jackson

Thanks to hurricane Ike, we evacuated to Jackson again this weekend. The weather was great there. We had lots of fun with the fam. Here are some pictures from Julie.

Happy birthday to the man I love

Pictured above is the best man I know. I am blessed beyond measure to be his wife. He is a WONDERFUL husband and father. He hits the big 3-0 today! Happy Birthday, Benjamin!

The Park

The boys and I took advantage of the cooler weather today.

They had lots of fun playing at the park. They both love being outside.

We are really looking forward to the fall.

What a difference a year can make...

These are pictures of Samuel with his cousins. They were all born within six weeks of each other. The first picture was taken last year at Gramma Sue and Pop's house. The second one was taken this year on the same couch.

I am very thankful for 3 healthy one year olds.
